Berit Jagels studied Architecture at the Jade University of Applied Sciences in Oldenburg and at the Universitat Politècnica de València. She completed her Master of Arts degree with distinction in June 2023, specializing in Urban Design. During her studies, she supported teaching in the Bachelor’s program in Urban Design and the Master’s program in Architecture, particularly in the areas of urban design and urban theory. Through this work, she developed a strong interest in urban research with a feminist focus. She has also been involved in teaching architectural theory at the Jade University in Oldenburg. Currently, Berit is pursuing her second Master’s degree in Urban Design at HafenCity University Hamburg, where she is in her third semester. In parallel, she works at the landscape architecture and urban design office Treibhaus in Hamburg.
