Heidrun Book holds a degree in Cultural and Social Sciences (B. A.) and graduated in Urban Design (M. Sc.) with a thesis project on the integration of refugees into Hamburg’s housing market. She works as a consultant for communication strategies and participation processes at SUPERURBAN and is a founding member of the LU’UM collective. Since 2020 she has been working on the HOOU research project „Fluchtwege - Urbane Gefüge der Migration“ – an eLearning platform which gathers, produces and transfers knowledge around arrival processes in cities.
