Jules Buchholtz, Bernd Kniess and Dominique Peck use projects assembled via the Deep Link Intercultural Practice to outline the motif of doing Agency Agency as a new form of urban development. Linking approaches tested in the project University of the Neighborhoods and Jules Buchholtz' practical and theoretical work on future forms of being active, the team together with civil society initiative Poppenbüttel hilft e.V. set up two Intercultural Practice seminars around the conceptualization, realization and use of a community building in the follow-up accommodation for refugees, displaced and homeless people in the area Poppenbütteler Berg/Ohlendieck. Results from these two seminar will be put to practice during the International Summer School and Design-Build Competition A Proposition for Future Activities from September 12th to 23rd in Poppenbüttel, Hamburg.
