M.A. Jeanne Astrup-Chauvaux

Lecturer

Jeanne Astrup-Chauvaux (she/her) is a berlin based architect working at the intersection between urban practices, film and performance. Her interest lies in the use of performative action as a way to trigger interest and discussion around topics such as the perspective of non-humans, right to the city and collective agency. Since 2018, Jeanne has been actively involved in in the space and program production of Floating University Berlin, where she has worked as a space maker, curator, artist and researcher for different programs. Jeanne has co-initiated spätispäti, a collective questioning institutional learning structures, space production and relations of trust and power through collective performative action. She also co-founded two other collectives named Urban Fragment Observatory and Collectif Trouble.
