Sebastian Bührig marvels at cities. The juxtaposition, overlap, underlap, against, with and through of the many different people in cities is the central motif of his work. Observing, describing and marvelling, he devotes his research and teaching to the question of how city dwellers can be strangers to each other in peace without having to be. Sharing and communicating this wonder is the goal of his endeavour.
Sebastian has been a research assistant at the Chair of Urban and Spatial Development of Prof. Tim Rieniets at the Faculty of Architecture and Landscape at Leibniz Universität Hannover since 03/2019.
